Very true. Without Christ we are hopeless in every way, but with Jesus being our Master and Lord, we can be free from the devil's grip.

Hi Pastor Larry, thanks for this post as indeed we need to spend enough time with our Bible reading and prayer before we can grow close to God. Time is the factor that determines our destiny in what and how we spend with it. There is no substitute in spending time with God as the ultimate blessings and growth that we want is to spend enough time with God.

Indeed suffering for our faith is a blessed thing, although it may seem painful. Jesus suffered too in the hands of the people and what less can we carry if we're sharing His name.

I salute these heroes that died for their faith in Jesus. Their rewards are great in heaven.

Hello brother Greg. I was speaking with Calvin Weber (Westpoint Christian Centre) and he suggested I contact you. My wife and I are the founding pastors at Church on 99 in Squamish, B.C. I'm on the search for a good "Christian Foundations" class for our church and Calvin thought you may be using a good one. Are you willing to share it with other churches? Would you permit me to look at it?

Enjoy!
Steve
